We're looking for aBusiness Development Managerto join an international technology business supporting the printing industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technicalsalespersonwith strong field sales experience and a solid understanding of print and associated technologies, fluent in Italian, French and English.
The Role
Working remotely fromItaly, you'll take responsibility for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities while also building strong relationships with existing customers.
You'll be highly visible in the market, spending approximately50% of your time travelling, meeting customers and prospects and representing the business at key industry events and trade shows.
Covering the territory ofItalyandFrance, you will be using Italian and French on daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
Actively developingnew business and sales opportunities
Identifying and engaging with potential customers across the printing industry
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing accounts
Managing the sales process
Meeting and exceedingannual sales objectives
Providing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining up-to?date CRM information
Attending industrytrade shows, exhibitions and events
Working closely withproduct management, engineering, marketing and field sales teams
About You
Provenfield sales / business development experience within the printing industry
Knowledge of technologies such asflexographic printing, digital printing, inkjet and UV curing
Exposure toadhesive and/or coating technologieswould be highly valuable
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities in technically complex environments
Exceptional organisational, presentation and communication skills
The ability to work independently and effectively from a home office
Willingness to travel approximately50% of the time
FluentItalian, French and English
