Global Procurement Digitalization Manager
OverviewIn this role you drive AI-enabled procurement digitalization for direct materials within a global P2P framework.
You'll connect Procurement, Business, Data & Analytics, and IT to shape and deliver innovative process improvements and adoption.
You will manage cross-functional projects and oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives that enhance end-to-end procurement.

ResponsabilitàCoordinate AI-driven and digitalization initiatives across direct material procurement, including vendor master data and related processes
Partner with global stakeholders to gather business needs and support implementation of innovative solutions
Lead complex, cross-functional projects with alignment across global teams and workstreams
Support process improvement, change management, communications, and adoption activities to maximize impact
Oversee monitoring of a portfolio of digital initiatives and promote end-to-end process mindset
Coordinate knowledge-sharing, communications, training, and awareness activities across the organization
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years in procurement, project management, digital transformation, or related field
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment
Procurement or procurement digitalization experience; direct materials knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into practical improvements
Effective communicator with ability to build partnerships and drive change across diverse teams
Comfort with AI-enabled solutions, digital tools, and continuous improvement
