Maintenance Team Leader
pDematic is looking for a Maintenance Team Lead, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cesena.
He/she will be working leading a group of people in order to manage and to control all the resident customer service activities to our Customer distribution Center in San Vittore di Cesena.

/p h3bTasks and Qualifications: /b /h3 pbThe Operation Supervisor is going to : /b /p ul liManage the start-up phase of the project with agile approach /li liCoordinate a team of +8 workers together with Site Manager /li liPlan and coordinate all on-site activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities) together with Site Manager /li liDesign process according with the service contract agreement together with Site Manager /li liAttend planned periodical meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) with internal/external stakeholders /li liDraft Minute of meeting and site tasks report /li liBe a key player for the Customer and for Dematic stakeholders.
/li liManage and prioritize service activities to minimize impact to the customer business /li liWork with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations /li libCollaborate with other departments /b interacting continuously with his/her team on the work site /li liDo periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities /li liEnsure a safe, secure and clean environment whilst ensuring that the project is delivered within the contractual obligations /li liMaintain quality control and compliance procedures /li liReport directly to Site Manager /li /ul pbWho we are looking for?
/b /p ul liCurious towards the sector of blogistic supply chain and industrial automation /b /li liExperience for electrical, mechanical and software engineering /li libAt least 3-5 years of experience /b in material handling environment e.g. highly automated production plants /li liPrevious experience as Operation Supervisor/Site Supervisor/Site Manager or in a similar role /li liPrevious bkey role experience in a complex organization /b /li liBachelor Degree or Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or similar studies /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English written and spoken /li /ul pbWhat can we further offer?
