Project Hr
pThe selected candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and functionally to the Headquarters HR Department.
The role carries full responsibility for all activities concerning the management of the Project's personnel.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Project in all management activities and in labour law matters relating to the Project's personnel /li liFacilitate staffing and demobilization activities for Project personnel, in line with the construction schedule /li liSupport the administrative activities of the Project's personnel /li liManage temporary staffing agencies on a daily basis and verify the documentation of agency workers before they enter the construction site /li liSupport local recruitment of blue- and white-collar personnel,
coordinating with agencies and local employment centers /li liContribute to monitoring personnel cost variations through a digital workforce planning system /li liCoordinate the implementation of HR processes and procedures at Project level and ensure compliance /li liMonitor the assignment and management of corporate benefits, in accordance with the company's agreements /li liPeriodically provide reports to the Headquarters on HR matters /li liCoordinate General Services and Facilities related to the workforce assigned to the Project /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
