ResponsabilitàIdentify and prioritize AI and digital opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, quality, safety, and performance
Translate business needs into clear use cases, solutions, and transformation initiatives
Lead projects end-to-end from opportunity to implementation and value realization
Partner with Product Owners, developers, and data teams to design practical, scalable solutions
Drive project governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and decision-making
Lead change management and ensure successful business adoption
Monitor business impact, KPIs, and time-to-value
Promote scalable solutions aligned with Group standards and strategic priorities
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in business or digital transformation, strategy, operations, or project management
Strong understanding of business and operational environments, ideally within industrial or manufacturing organizations
Proven ability to identify business value and translate challenges into actionable initiatives
Strong project and change management capabilities
Good understanding of data, analytics, AI and GenAI applications
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience working across functions and international teams
