Product Manager
OverviewIn this role you drive the strategy, development and growth of the Settlement & Client Connectivity portfolio across European markets.
You will define roadmaps, identify growth opportunities, and align product value with Euronext's commercial goals.
You'll collaborate across client, technology, regulatory, and business teams within an international network.
This is a chance to shape essential post-trade infrastructure and contribute to European capital markets.
You'll work with cross?functional teams to deliver compliant, innovative solutions that meet client needs and market changes.
ResponsabilitàDefine and execute product strategy and roadmap for Settlement & Client Connectivity products
Manage products from concept to launch and ongoing development
Build business cases and drive profitable growth through enhancements and new initiatives
Monitor market trends, client needs, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and compliant solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients across Euronext Securities markets
Support budgeting, pricing, revenue growth, and product performance management
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in product management, business development, or related role within banking, financial services, or financial market infrastructure
Strong commercial mindset balancing customer needs and business objectives
Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to work effectively in an international and fast-paced environment
Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach
Experience with CSD connectivity services and SWIFT would be an advantage
