GLOW Talent Program: Europe Operations Leadership
Purina Europe’s GLOW Talent Program in Portogruaro, Italy offers a permanent, full-time path in maintenance/production/operations with multiple rotations across Europe. The program targets graduates with a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, 1–2 years of factory experience, and fluency in Italian and English.
Mobility across Poland, Hungary, the UK, Germany and France is part of the journey. Stage 1 focuses on maintenance and technical problem solving, followed by Stage 2 in an operational role.
