POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician / IT Assistant is responsible for providing technical assistance within the Resort in the event of malfunctions or breakdowns and for carrying out the maintenance interventions scheduled in the activity plan;
he/she is also responsible for providing support to users for Hardware and Software assistance and for ensuring the proper functioning of the Resort's IT system.
