Implementation & Service Specialist - Fixed Term 12 months
Make every customer experience count. We are looking for an Implementation and Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality on‑site implementations, ensuring customer readiness, and enabling users to adopt our digital solutions effectively.
Lead the on-site implementation of TPM solution contracts Conduct kick-off meetings to define a tailored implementation setup Deliver high-quality training to relevant customer stakeholders Drive impactful user enablement to ensure adoption and self-service Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction throughout the implementation Execute standardized on-site care services Good knowledge of the English language Strong digital mindset and customer‑consulting orientation Valid driving license Degree in Economics or Computer Science Previous experience in customer-facing or technical roles What’s In It for You · Fixed term contract 12 months · Classification under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio) II Level · Hilti is a global leader in construction innovation, with more than 34,000 team members across 120 countries.
