Quality Manufacturing Engineer
Overview In this role you will strengthen quality across SASIB's automatic packaging machines, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will monitor quality KPIs, lead root-cause analysis and CAPA, and support design reviews and risk assessments with cross-functional teams. You'll maintain quality documentation, support audits, and promote a culture of quality on the production floor. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within the Coesia family. Retribuzione / Benefits base salary from EUR 44,000 additional benefits including insurances equal opportunity employer Responsabilità Monitor and analyze internal quality KPIs and implement improvement actions to reach production and quality targets Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured problem solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions Support product and process development activities, contributing to design reviews, FMEA, and risk assessments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes comply with internal Quality System standards Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation (procedures, work instructions,
reports) Support internal audits and continuous improvement projects to enhance product reliability and efficiency Act as reference for quality on the production floor and promote a culture of quality Requisiti fondamentali ~ Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering ~5-6 years of experience in similar roles in industrial automation ~ In-depth knowledge of mechanical drawing, production processes and mechanical machining in medium-high complexity contexts ~ Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ~ Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills ~ Experience with SAP ERP and BO/BI is a plus ~ Good knowledge of English and Italian (written and spoken) ~ Excellent relational and communication skills ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving能力 ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ Collaborative teamwork and cross-functional collaboration ~ Mechanical drawing, production processes, and mechanical machining ~ ISO 9001 knowledge ~ FMEA and risk assessments
