At least 5 years of experience in technical sales of hydraulic or mechanical components to machine manufacturers (OEMs), with direct responsibility for a sales area. Required
skills:
Excellent command of English; a second language (German, French or Spanish) is a plus; Knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to read technical drawings; Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills; Independent, well organised and results-oriented; Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad. Activities under his responsibility: Developing sales in the assigned area,
in line with the strategies agreed with Management; Managing and retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones, both machine manufacturers and distributors; Analysing customer applications and defining the technical solution together with the technical department; Preparing quotations and leading negotiations through to contract; Monitoring orders and deliveries for the customers in charge; Coordinating with the distributors in the area; Attending trade fairs and industry events; Regular reporting to Management on sales, market and competition.
