Our technology starts with you. /p ul liLead major programs from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. /li liResponsible for proactively identifying potential roadblocks and facilitating solutions that enable seamless product launches. /li liBuild, develop, coach, and lead the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, motivation, and accountability. /li liLead and support program managers within the team, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and consistent alignment with business objectives. /li liCoordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments. /li liAnalyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines,
