Responsibilities:
/p ul liDesign, build, and optimize management dashboards and operational KPI reports that translate complex datasets into actionable business insights. /li liIdentify and implement workflow automations, script enhancements, and AI tools to reduce manual back-office tasks across the department. /li liManage cross-functional projects, governance frameworks, and integration initiatives while tracking deliverables, risks, and milestones. /li liEnsure end-to-end data accuracy by testing automations thoroughly,
analyzing system dependencies, and mitigating operational risks. /li liPartner with international stakeholders to streamline communications, maintain operational documentation, and facilitate internal trainings. /li /ul pEssential Skills
Experience:
/p ul liDemonstrated experience in operational and management reporting, consolidating multiple data sources, and building structured dashboards. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for deep data analysis, modeling, and visualization. /li liStrong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to detail, especially when planning, testing, and monitoring reporting changes. /li liExcellent organizational and time management capabilities with a proven track record of autonomous ownership and follow-through. /li liProfessional business English communication skills to align with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders. /li /ul pBonus Points For: /p ul liPractical knowledge of business intelligence platforms such as Amazon QuickSight. /li liHands-on experience or interest in AI tools, large language models (such as Gemini), or process automation. /li liFoundational scripting or programming knowledge in Python, SQL, or relational databases. /li liFamiliarity with Jira or modern project management platforms. /li /ul pLogistics:
