Senior Manager, People

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of topics, while also working closely with our businesses, to help drive the People and Communications agenda. /p pWe are looking for an experienced /p h3Business Partner, People Communications, Supply Chain and Purchasing /h3 pto own and drive the People Communications agenda for both Supply Chain and Purchasing in Europe Area. /p pIn this role you will support the achievement of KONE business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of business by aligning the agenda to meet current and future needs, in close cooperation with Supply Chain (SC) and Purchasing People Communication (PC) team as well as Europe Area PC team and Europe SC/ Purchasing leadership team (LT). /p pYou will be driving the actions to attract, engage and develop employees and develop KONE as a great place to work together with team, peers and stakeholders. This includes all SC functions being part of the Europe SC LT, with respective teams across all Europe Front Lines (FL). This role is a great opportunity for you to play a key part in driving KONE’s business success by shaping and supporting the people agenda to meet both current and future needs. /p pThe position is preferably based in Hyvinkää/Espoo Finland, but we will consider other main KONE Supply Chain locations in Europe.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liImplementing the PC agenda for Supply Chain and Purchasing teams based in Europe, leading factory PC network for Hyvinkää, Pero, Usti and Slimpa factories to enable an engaging and motivating environment for KONE employees. Pro-actively working with peers in other areas to identify best practices while sharing same from Europe point of view. /li liActive collaboration with relevant PC teams to deliver agreed outcomes, pro-active collaboration with CoE’s and contribution to overall SC and Purchasing PC team(s). /li liStrategic partner to Europe SC and Purchasing LTs: /li liParticular focus on advising, coaching and developing managers and supervisors and their teams to enable a high quality, inclusive working environment with a drive to pro-actively improve performance and engagement. /li liRun annual people processes
- Drive for equal alignment with other Europe sites (FLs) and KONE factories, including but not limited to LD initiatives, incentives, roles, Pulse actions, implementation of KONE level PC initiatives, people processes (e.g. LTR and potential rotation opportunities) with the support of local SC business partners and Europe CoEs.
- Active contribution, sharing and influencing in SC and Purchasing PC network.
/li /ul h3Key requirements /h3 ul liDiverse HR/PC background from Senior HR roles and 10 years of progressive HR/PC experience /li liProven track record of successful roles in multi-cultural business environment /li liExcellent influencing and communication skills /li liDemonstrated strong business acumen /li liAbility to coach and develop talents, teams, and leaders (both business and supervisory) /li liBackground in working across functional/business lines in global matrix organization /li liM.
