and reliable Contribute to decommissioning legacy components while preserving data continuity Contribute to AI-powered capabilities of the data platform Share best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing Collaborate with analysts, software engineers, and product teams to solve complex data problems and deploy ML/AI applications Promote data culture by sharing knowledge and best practices Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of data engineering experience ~ BSc in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline ~ Experience in fintech / wealth management ~ Deep proficiency in SQL and Python ~ Experience with Airflow and DBT ~ Strong Redshift experience; BigQuery is a plus ~ Experience with AWS and Terraform (IaC) ~ Familiarity with integrating AI tooling ~ Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders ~ Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions ~ Comfort in iterative environments balancing quality and delivery ~ Fluency in English ~ clear communication ~ collaboration ~ problem solving ~ SQL ~ Python ~ Airflow
