Arabic Poetics
pThe research will focus on the philological and literary study of texts written primarily in Classical Arabic and Modern Standard Arabic, with special attention to the writing, criticism and reception of poetry and its relation to other genres. It aims to examine the Arabic canon from premodern to contemporary periods. /ppThe position is based at Alma Mater Studiorum
