Not funded by a EU programme Is the Job related to staff position within a Research Infrastructure? No /ph3Offer Description /h3pThe research activity will focus on the melt-state synthesis—via polycondensation and ring-openingbrpolymerization (ROP)—and the characterization (in the melt, in the solid state, and in solution) of newbrpolymers derived from renewable sources, particularly agri-food waste.
These materials are intended forbrbiomedical applications (tissue engineering, controlled drug delivery systems, and sustainable packagingbrwith intrinsic antimicrobial properties) as well as for the development of sustainable, active foodbrpackaging. The research aims to establish structure-property relationships that are fundamental tobrdesigning new materials for specific applications. Teaching activities, student support, and collaborationbron thesis supervision will pertain to courses within the CHEM-06/A scientific-disciplinary sector. Thesebractivities will be carried out within the degree programs offered by the School of Engineering andbrArchitecture. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
