Payroll Manager
DescrizioneScope of the RoleAs Payroll Manager you are responsible for generating and ensuring accuracy of salaries calculation, income taxes and other salary related fulfillment.You are responsible for guaranteeing declarations to authorities and payments corresponding to legal demands.Your responsibilitiesOversee and direct payroll procedures;

Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations;
Being a business partner, supporting requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges;
Expert inPersonnel Accounting;
Manage the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly / monthly payroll processes on systems;
Oversee and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping;
Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.G. new hires, terminations, salary updates) and system upgrades;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, payroll tax obligations and internal policies;
Manage the workflow within the team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing;
Keep relationswith the external providers and consultants (i.E.
payroll provider, labour advisors);
Knowledgeand proficiency in interpreting UNIEMENS reports, CU forms, and INAIL self-assessment declarations;
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports;
Be proactive inproposing solutions and solving issues;
Participate andmake decisions, on an overall level, in the requirement work.Who you areBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Human Resources;
Minimum of 7-9years' related payroll experience;
Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and CCNL (Commercio);
Strong abilityto plan, prioritize and ensure decisions;
Have competencewithin digital/tech and Omni ways of working;
Fluency in English;
Knowledge of ADP platform is preferred.Location: Milano centro.
