ALTEN Switzerland’s activities cover all the main strategical areas of the Swiss market in Life Sciences, Engineering & IT Services. The candidate who succeeds in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, with a strong focus on ensuring regression and performance testing coverage. The role requires solid Java development skills, the ability to write scripts independently, and hands-on expertise with API testing and automation tools. This is an on-site position (5 days per week, mandatory). Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. Develop and execute regression and performance tests to ensure product stability and scalability. Test APIs using Postman and automate functional/UI flows with Selenium . Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams; participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.



Ensure proper integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize test scripts for reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in test automation with strong Java development skills. Hands-on expertise with Postman (API testing) and Selenium (UI automation). Proven experience with regression testing and performance testing. Ability to write and maintain test scripts independently. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. Mandatory requirement: On-site presence 5/5 days per week .
