W Rome, part of W Hotels, is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to be the right hand of the Director of Sales & Marketing, focusing exclusively on the Sales function. The role drives revenue, leads strategic planning, and builds key client partnerships in the luxury hospitality market.

You will lead opportunities from prospecting to contract signature, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the property at client events and trade shows.
