Novartis is seeking an Equipment Specialist to ensure reliability and GMP compliance of automation systems on ophthalmic packaging lines. You will execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HMI faults, and drive continuous improvements to minimize downtime.

You will work with cross-functional teams on upgrades, validation, and deviations, supporting start-ups and change controls while maintaining rigorous documentation and data integrity.
