Birkenstock is seeking a regional Area Manager to lead and develop store teams across Europe. You will travel regularly to coach, train, and ensure a consistent brand experience while supporting store openings and recruitment in a fast-growing phase.

You will oversee financial performance, present strategic updates to stakeholders, and collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, and Finance. Fluent Italian/English is preferred with strong intercultural communication.
