This is a senior leadership role with overall responsibility for the performance, operations and development of a company of approximately 40 employees in Milan. The Country Manager will report to the Group Management Board and work closely with the headquarters in Poland. Permanent presence in Milan is required.
The role
As Country Manager Italy, you will be responsible for translating the Group’s strategy, standards and priorities into effective local execution. Your key mission will be to build a strong and stable bridge between the Italian organisation and the Group, while uniting the local team around business objectives, operational efficiency and shared accountability.
This is not an administrative representation role.
We are looking for a leader who can combine execution discipline, operational effectiveness and mature people management, while building trust and constructive cooperation between the local organisation and headquarters.

- Take overall responsibility for the performance, operations, organisation and development of the Italian company.
- Lead a team of approximately 40 employees and strengthen the local management team.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, timely execution and consistent delivery.
- Translate the Group’s strategic direction, priorities and standards into concrete local actions.
- Establish effective communication and cooperation between the Italian organisation and the headquarters in Poland.
