Overview In this role you drive growth for Tyvek garment solutions within Italy, owning the territory and building trust with distributors and end users. You apply consultative selling to address customer risks and ensure compliance with PPE standards. You will develop a territory plan, identify opportunities, and deliver demonstrations and training to accelerate adoption. This position offers autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and a meaningful impact on worker safety.

Responsabilità
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business across priority industries
- Develop and execute a territory plan to meet revenue goals
- Identify target accounts and emerging trends using market insights
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, end users, and stakeholders
- Act as a consultative partner to recommend Tyvek garment solutions
- Develop expertise in chemical protective garments and related compliance
- Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training

- Stay updated on PPE regulations and competitive activity
- Maintain pipeline and account plans in CRM and report performance
- Coordinate with distributors to progress and close opportunities
- Track competitors and adapt messaging to win in the territory

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree (4–6 years B2B sales or business development)
- 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial PPE or related fields
- Fluent English; strong presentation and stakeholder communication
- Willingness to travel ~60% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience selling to industrial customers or via distribution partners
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Self-starter with independent work style and team collaboration
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
