Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a hands-on market development consultant based in Italy to build a new Italian frozen seafood business for a Japanese trading house. You will develop the client base among wholesalers, retailers, and foodservices, traveling within Italy and occasionally to Amsterdam.

The role is a freelance consultancy for 12 months with a monthly fee of €5,000–€6,000, full-time 35 hours per week, and flexible remote work with some in-person coordination as needed.
