NTU International is seeking a Non Key Expert – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's MEL framework for the AESPP Boost project.
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in evaluation or a related field, at least 8 years of professional experience in M&E; and 4 years in MEL design or operation for donor-funded programmes, with English fluency; knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
