Alfa Laval is seeking an HR Partner to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration across Italy, including Suisio/San Bonifacio, with travel to other Italian sites. You will advise managers on labor relations, ensure compliance with Italian labor law, and drive process improvements with a data-driven mindset.

The role requires 4–5 years in HR, fluency in Italian and English, and strong experience with HRIS/ATS and Office tools.
