Our client is an international manufacturing and distribution company in the field of medical devices.

Your Tasks

-

- Manage and optimize daily office workflows, internal processes, and operational KPIs

- Lead and support the local team in logistics, orders, invoicing, warehouse management, accounts, and IT support

- Supervise and support public tender processes for hospitals and healthcare institutions in Italy

- Advise on complex procurement procedures, compliance topics, and administrative requirements

- Ensure compliance with Italian healthcare regulations and public procurement law

- Ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, claims handling, stock control, and consignment inventory management

- Act as the interface between local operation, sales, logistics, and the international headquarters

- Manage vendors, office facilities, fleet contracts, and operational costs

- Coordinate medical congresses and corporate events

Your Profile

-

- At least 5 years of experience in operations,

office management, or senior administrative leadership

- Experience in the area of medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry

- Strong experience with Italian public tenders, hospital procurement procedures, and tender platforms

- Experience in invoicing, claims management, warehouse management, and administrative workflowsFamiliarity with ERP systems, order entry workflows, and consignment inventory logic

- Proven leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams

- Fluent Italian and English knowledge are mandatory

- Structured, pragmatic, xjncmbx and detail-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills

- Resilience under pressure, especially during tender deadlines
