Avio Aero in Brindisi area is seeking a Service Shopfloor Supervisor to lead daily operations in a regulated aviation environment, ensuring safe, on-time execution across MRO and CRO cells. You will manage work assignments, attendance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, quality and maintenance to optimize capacity and workflow while meeting SQDC goals.
