As Planning Engineer for an oil and gas project in Milan, you will drive schedule integrity and reporting to support on-time project delivery. You will work within Hill’s client-focused program management approach to integrate planning across Contractors and project teams. You will develop detailed activity schedules, monitor progress, and identify critical-path activities to inform stakeholders and enable proactive decision-making.

- Detailed scheduling of project activities
- Analysing contractors and project team schedules to produce progress reports

- Consolidating detailed contractor schedules into the project master schedule and identifying critical path activities
- Checking project reports for accuracy
- Participating in progress and ad hoc project meetings to keep the planning team informed
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- 10 years of work experience after earning the BSc degree
- Excellent spoken and written English with proven ability to write reports
