Reply is seeking a Junior IT Service Manager to act as the primary client interface for Logistics Reply’s supply chain solutions, handling escalations, producing incident reports, and leading service review meetings.

You will monitor contract performance, drive value-added improvements based on data, oversee first- and second-line support to meet SLAs, and contribute to ITIL-aligned service improvements in a multinational logistics environment.
