ph3Specialista Inventory Capital Equipment /h3pbLocation: /b in our offices in Milan, Italy, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days/week in the office + 2 days/week working from home). /ppbAbout the role: /b /ppThe Field Inventory Capital Equipment Representative provides operational and administrative support across Field Inventory Management (FIM), Warehouse and Capital Equipment (CE) teams. This role ensures accurate inventory control, effective order and return management, and system integrity across SAP and Salesforce platforms. /ppbYour responsibilities will include: /b /pulliSupport Field Inventory Management (FIM) activities, including reconciliation of inventory counts and control of expired stock. /liliMonitor and manage materials pending invoicing to ensure accurate financial processing. /liliPerform inventory adjustments and material transfers in SAP. /liliHandle complaints related to inventory and material discrepancies. /liliProvide warehouse team support, including supplier communication and coordination. /liliRegister and process product returns in SAP and monitor return closure activities. /liliSupport Capital Equipment (CE) order management using the Solution Quotation tool. /liliMonitor contracts approaching expiration and support renewal tracking. /liliManage capital equipment return processes. /liliSupport departmental administrative tasks, including retrieval and distribution of delivery notes, preparation of lists and verification of materials in internal systems. /liliMaintain and update customer database records. /liliGenerate SAP listings and reports, including inventory adjustments, returns, warehouse changes and report extractions. /liliPerform data registration and follow-up actions in Salesforce. /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for in you: /b /pulliMinimum of 1 year experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, order management or related operational support /liliExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools,
