OPIS is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Development to drive business opportunities and lead high‑impact proposals in support of a growing CRO. You will partner with Clinical Operations and other functions to craft competitive bids, manage RFPs and RFI activities, and act as a primary client contact through the acquisition process.

The role requires a scientific degree, 10+ years in CRO/pharma/biotech with study management experience, and a strategic, negotiation‑minded communicator
