Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent to handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email. You will resolve issues with a proactive approach and document steps in our CRM, while meeting service targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English at least B2, full-time on-site work in Lisbon, and eligibility to work in the EU. Relocation options are available with housing support and travel reimbursement.
