Ignite in Lisbon is actively hiring for Italian-speaking customer support professionals to assist Italian clients across phone, live chat, and email channels. This on-site, full-time role operates within a 24/7 continuous shift pattern and requires EU work eligibility.

You will diagnose issues, document solutions in the CRM, and aim for high CSAT, FIRST CONTACT RESOLUTION, and efficient handling times while engaging in ongoing platform training and process improvements.
