Overview

In this role you will lead cross‑functional project teams to secure on‑time delivery and complete case ownership for modernization and parts factory orders. You will coordinate between sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to manage the project lifecycle from contract review to close‑out, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Based onsite in Florence, you will support post‑delivery service and value‑added activities within ABB’s Electrification Services. This is an opportunity to drive impactful projects in a global industrial services context.

Responsabilità

- Lead cross‑functional project teams to ensure on‑time delivery and efficient resource use
- Manage project scope, contract requirements, risks, and opportunities; adapt plans to evolving customer needs
- Serve as primary liaison among sales, customers, and internal stakeholders




- Oversee project governance from contract review to customer acceptance and close‑out
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction through effective management of the order cycle and post‑delivery support

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or associate with 4 years and HS with 6 years, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience in the electrical industry or manufacturing is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment and work well in a team
