Our leading technology and strong market position enable us to achieve growth targets in the energy transition across current and growing market segments such as hydrogen, data centers and e-mobility. /ph3How you’ll make an impact /h3ulliEvaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features. /liliActing as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline. /liliCollaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues and providing technical support. /liliAssisting in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates and performing risk analysis before submitting proposals. /liliOverseeing the creation of subcontract and managing subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management.
/liliEnsuring engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements. /liliLeading and coordinating teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on low complexity projects. /liliLeading single or multi-discipline engineering teams of less than 5 people. /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degre in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar field. /lili5/7 years of relevant previous work experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants. /liliAble to work with different and multiple stakeholders, proven expertise in coordination of projects and people. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skills. /liliProficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian. /li /ulpMore about us We offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
