About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Manager to grow and manage IDA's creator roster. You'll be their day-to-day partner: building their careers, bringing them the right brand deals, and making sure every collaboration runs smoothly, from first contact to final payment.

What You'll Do

- Manage a roster of creators day to day: planning, priorities, communication
- Build each creator's growth strategy: positioning, platforms, content, brand fit
- Generate and negotiate brand deals: rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity
- Review contracts and briefs to protect the talent and the agency
- Coordinate content delivery,

approvals and deadlines with brands and internal teams
- Track pipeline, deals and invoicing in our internal tools, keeping everything accurate
- Scout emerging creators and niche talent to grow the roster
- Vet brand opportunities for brand safety and long-term fit

You're a Great Fit If You…

- Have at least 2 full years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or a talent/creator agency
- Know Instagram, TikTok and YouTube inside out: what works, and why
- Know how brand deals are built: rates, usage, whitelisting, exclusivity
- Negotiate with confidence and protect your talent's value
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle many creators and deadlines at once
- Build real relationships with creators, brands and agencies
- Are fluent in Italian and English

Compensation

Gross annual salary (RAL): €27.000 – €32.000 + premio & benefits, depending on experience.
