As part of the expansion of our internal team, we are looking for a:
Software Developer (m/d/f)
based at our Headquarters in Ora (BZ), Italy The successful candidate will join the IT team and will be involved in the development, evolution and maintenance of the company's software solutions.
The role involves active participation throughout the different stages of the software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through to testing, deployment and maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the IT team and contribute to the evolution of the software architecture and development standards, taking on an increasing level of autonomy and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise software solutions.
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of complex features, services and software solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Participate in decisions regarding software architecture and technology choices.
- Develop clean, maintainable and testable code in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality across development teams.
- Act as a technical reference for other developers through mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Support Business Analysts and Solution Architects during solution design.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and event-driven services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability and reliability.
- Analyse and resolve complex production issues.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with software development and security best practices.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, Infrastructure and Business teams.
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.
- Professional experience with C#/.NET.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture and major Message Brokers, such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Git and collaboration/DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related automation processes.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with authentication and authorization technologies such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect and JWT.
- Knowledge of secure software development practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Gross annual salary: €35,000 - €40,000, paid over 14 monthly instalments
