ppAs a Mechanical Setter / Maintenance Technician (Setter Manutentore Meccanico), you will set up, adjust, and maintain production and machining equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, supporting production schedules, and upholding quality standards. This role may require working a rotating shift schedule. /p h3Our Team /h3 pOur manufacturing team operates in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment where equipment performance, uptime, and safety are essential. Set-up and maintenance are key partners to operations, engineering, and quality, empowered to identify issues and drive improvements. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSet up, adjust, and change over mechanical production and machining equipment to meet production requirements /li liTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime /li liPerform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment /li liRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics,
and work instructions /li liRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns and set-up needs to support production /li liDocument maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage /li liIdentify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions or improvements /li liFollow all safety, quality, and lockout/tagout procedures /li /ul h3Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or vocational training in a mechanical field, or equivalent experience /li li2+ years of experience setting up and maintaining production or machining equipment /li liWorking knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics /li liAbility to read technical drawings and schematics /li liWillingness to work a rotating shift schedule as required /li /ul h3What Will Put You Ahead /h3 ul liExperience in electronics, automotive, or precision manufacturing /li liFamiliarity with CNC equipment set-up and tooling /li liPreventive and predictive maintenance experience /li liStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
