Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future. /p /brpbWhat the job looks like /b /p /brpEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: /p /brul /brliEnsure the timely availability of materials and packaging components to support uninterrupted production and customer delivery /li /brliManage material requirements planning, purchase order generation and inventory schedules to balance supply, demand and stock targets /li /brliMonitor supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to drive service excellence and supply continuity /li /brliPartner with Manufacturing, Warehouse and QA teams to resolve material-related issues and support site priorities /li /brliIdentify supply risks,



proactively manage disruptions and implement mitigation actions to minimize impact on operations /li /brliManage inventory levels while considering warehouse capacity, cost optimization and obsolescence reduction /li /brliCoordinate material supply changes, schedule adjustments and phase-in/phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle /li /brliProvide supplier and material planning insights to the SOP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities /li /brliPrepare planning and performance reports, leveraging data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement /li /brliDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, service levels and supply chain performance /li /br /ul /brpbWhat you’ll bring to the table /b /p /brpTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: /p /brul /brliBachelor's Degree in Engineering or scientific disciplines, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field. /li /brliExperience in planning, manufacturing or supply chain environments, ideally within manufacturing environments in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or comparable industries /li /brliFluency both in Italian and English,



a third language would be considered a plus /li /brliStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights /li /brliKnowledge of ERP and planning tools such as SAP, APO, SNP or OMP /li /brliExcellent organizational, prioritization and stakeholder management skills /li /brliA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement /li /br /ul /brpbr/Our pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
