RINA is seeking an IT Business Partner (Salesforce) to join its Global IT Division in Genoa or Rome, Italy. You will align IT services with business needs, manage demand, budgets, and architecture, and drive delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.

The role requires 3–6 years in IT project management or business analysis, experience with ERP/CRM platforms, Salesforce ownership, and English/Italian at B2 level or higher. Certification and Security-by-Design knowledge are preferred.
