ulliCompensation: EUR 61,000 - EUR 82,000 - yearly /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pRenesas is looking for a Senior Staff Analog Engineer to join the Power Product Group, Performance Computing Power Team in Catania (Italy). In this role, you will work on the design and development of Smart Power Stages and Power Management Integrated Circuits, with the ability to support product definition and testability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. /p pbKey Responsibilities: /b /p ul liSupport the design and development of Smart Power Stages and Power Management ICs. /li liDesign low-power precision analog and mixed-signal circuits including but not limited to: Voltage and Current References, Temperature Sensors, Current Sense, Amplifiers, Comparators, Oscillators, Charge Pumps, DACs, ADCs, LDOs, Level Shifters, Gate Drivers, Protection Circuits. /li liCollaborate with digital design, layout, and verification teams. /li liPerform circuit simulations and analysis to optimize performance and reliability. /li liConduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design quality and compliance with specifications. /li liStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum of 8+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design. /li liStrong knowledge of analog design principles, including signal processing and power management. /li liStrong knowledge of transistor level design. /li liSolid knowledge of feedback control systems. /li liProblem-solving skills and attention to details. /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills. /li liGood knowledge of written and spoken English. /li liAbility to work effectively in a team environment.
/li liAvailability to travel occasionally when requested. /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications: /b /p ul liExperience with DC-DC switching converter design. /li liExperience with advanced process technologies (e.g., CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD). /li liFamiliarity with industry standards and compliance requirements. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThe expected annual pay range for this position is €61,000-€82,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate’s skill set.
