Graduates gain hands‑on experience across prestigious and complex projects, supported by structured mentoring, professional development and exposure to multidisciplinary teams. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Graduate Mechanical Engineer will support the design, installation and delivery of mechanical building services across construction projects,



ensuring works are completed in line with approved designs, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. The role provides progressive responsibility across design, site supervision and project support functions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Design Engineering /h3 ul liAssist in the design and development of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and piping. /li liPrepare and review engineering drawings, schedules and technical specifications. /li liCarry out load calculations and system sizing. /li liAnalyse technical information and support design improvements and value engineering. /li liSupport BIM and multidisciplinary design coordination. /li /ul h3Site Supervision Engineering Support /h3 ul liAttend site to monitor mechanical installations and verify compliance with design and industry standards. /li liInspect installations and assist with testing and commissioning activities. /li liSupport the resolution of technical issues in collaboration with subcontractors and site teams. /li liParticipate in site walks and produce snag lists. /li /ul h3Project Programme Support /h3 ul liAssist with project planning, scheduling and sequencing of mechanical works. /li liTrack progress and identify potential risks or constraints. /li liSupport the preparation of project reports and documentation. /li liDevelop an understanding of how commissioning activities integrate with overall project programmes. /li /ul h3Health, Safety Environment (HSE) /h3 ul liComply with project‑specific HSE plans and company safety procedures. /li liPromote a proactive safety culture and identify potential hazards.
