ppWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Energy Regulatory Attorney to provide specialized legal counsel on energy sector regulations and compliance matters. The role requires expertise in advising on federal and state energy laws, including rates, tariffs, and regulatory filings. The attorney will support high-stakes regulatory proceedings and policy development for a leading entity in the energy sector. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliAdvise on compliance with federal and state energy regulations, including FERC, state public utility commissions, and environmental standards. /liliDraft and file regulatory documents, petitions, and motions in energy-related proceedings before regulatory agencies. /liliAnalyze proposed regulations, tariffs, and rate cases to assess legal risks and develop strategic responses. /liliRepresent the client in meetings with regulators, stakeholders, and industry groups to advocate for favorable regulatory outcomes. /liliMonitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the energy sector and provide timely updates to leadership. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3ulliJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
