You will conduct feasibility checks, document analysis, and site visits, acting as a reference for clients and colleagues. You will influence project decisions through rigorous assessment of documentation, costs, and contracts, contributing to sustainable, value-driven outcomes.ResponsabilitàVerify authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentationPerform site visits to assess condition, defects,
