This team delivers stable, high-performing network solutions that support sales, manufacturing, and business operations worldwide. Strong Cisco platform expertise, supported by extensive hands-on experience, CCNP certification, or related credentials, is strongly preferred. Experience with Citrix NetScaler, Palo Alto firewalls, Microsoft Azure, and mentoring junior team members is also beneficial. Excellent communication, analytical, and technical project management skills are essential. Join our talented team at a global medical device company focused on Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™. /ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities: /h3ulliDesign, operate, and maintain Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms and architecture. /liliAdminister and support Palo Alto Panorama for centralized firewall management, software lifecycle management, policy deployment, and compliance reporting. /liliConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VPN, and cloud connectivity services. /liliDeliver global highly available applications with Citrix Netscaler and other load balancing technologies. /liliProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operational support teams. /liliAnalyze and recommend solutions, upgrades,
and services for streamlining and system improvements. /liliSupport of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades. /liliSupport of multiple locations worldwide. /liliComplete IT operational tasks, project tasks, and technical support duties as assigned. /liliMaintain accurate, updated documentation while performing essential job duties. /liliAssist other analysts with troubleshooting and fulfillment processes. /li /ulh3Additional Duties Responsibilities: /h3ulliProvide support for next generation firewall platforms including Palo Alto Networks. /liliResolve incidents through effective troubleshooting methodology, Tier 2 /liliLead small-to-mid-sized IT projects and project teams. /liliAssist with architecture and design of infrastructure solutions and methodology. /liliTechnical expertise on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of computer infrastructure hardware/software. /liliLiaison with vendors, partners, and external resources. /liliAbility to train other staff on technical operations. /liliSubject matter expert on the operation, maintenance, management, and deployment of multiple computer infrastructure hardware/software solutions. /li /ulh3Specialized Skills: /h3ulliComputer infrastructure-centered certifications required; network related preferred. /liliEquivalent combination of education, training,
