If you want to work on energy systems that matter — and will run for decades — this is the place to build the next chapter of your career. /p pAs we continue to expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our dynamic and international team. /p pReports to the Procurement Team Lead, and works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Expediting, we are looking for a bSenior Buyer /b who will be responsible for managing procurement activities globally. /p h3Purpose of the Role /h3 pManage the procurement process for strategic materials and services, ensuring quality, competitive costs, on‑time deliveries, and compliance with purchasing requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the entire purchasing process, taking full ownership and ensuring transparency and efficiency at every stage. /li liConduct contract and commercial negotiations with strong bargaining skills, securing favorable conditions for the company in terms of cost and commercial clauses. /li liIdentify and qualify new suppliers both nationally and internationally, expanding and consolidating the supply base. /li liEnsure accuracy and timeliness in the execution of orders and in meeting agreed deadlines.



/li liManage supplier relationships throughout the entire order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and supporting the Expediting function in case of critical issues or delays. /li liCollaborate actively with various company functions (Engineering, Quality, Production, Finance, Project Management, Expediting) to ensure consistency and efficiency in the procurement process. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. /li liMinimum of 4 years of experience as a Buyer / Senior Buyer, preferably in industrial, technical, or mechanical and/or plant engineering contexts. /li liExperience in international Supplier management. /li liExperience in managing complex tenders for EPC contracts in the Energy or Oil Gas sectors and technical knowledge of the electro‑mechanical sectors are considered a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills Personal Attributes: /h3 ul liExcellent negotiation and communication skills (in Italian and English). /li liAbility to work effectively in cross‑functional contexts. /li liMethodical and action/result oriented, cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines /li /ul h3Remuneration: /h3 pThe role offers a gross annual salary between b€50,000 and €60,000 /b, in addition to a variable premio and a structured benefits package, commensurate with experience and seniority. /p pEnergy Dome is an equal opportunity employer. /p pWe evaluate candidates based on merit, skills, and potential.
