The successful candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, supply chain efficiency, productivity, service levels, inventory performance, and cost competitiveness. Acting as a key change agent, the role will lead operational excellence, network optimization, digital transformation, productivity improvement, and post-acquisition integration projects, ensuring sustainable business value creation through effective stakeholder engagement and execution. The appointed Project Leader will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, engineering, logistics, planning, commercial teams, finance, IT, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution and sustainable business value creation. The position is preferably based in Italy, at IRCA Group's Headquarters, with regular interaction and collaboration across the Group's international operations. /ph3What will you do: /h3h3Operations Supply Chain Transformation: /h3ulliLead and support strategic Operations and Supply Chain projects across regions and business units /liliSupport performance improvement opportunities and translate them into actionable project roadmaps /liliSupport initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost reduction, service enhancement, and operational efficiency /liliEnsure project alignment with IRCA Group strategic objectives and growth priorities /liliDevelop and manage business cases, project charters, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans /li /ulh3Operational Excellence:



/h3ulliSupport the deployment of Operational Excellence methodologies across manufacturing and supply chain operations /liliMonitor project benefits realization and ensure sustainable performance improvements /li /ulh3Supply Chain Optimization: /h3ulliSupport projects aimed at improving end-to-end supply chain performance /liliContribute to network optimization studies and supply chain footprint assessments /liliSupport improvements in customer service performance and order fulfillment processes /li /ulh3MA Integration and Strategic Projects: /h3ulliSupport integration of newly acquired businesses into IRCA Group Operations and Supply Chain standards /liliSupport workstreams related to process alignment, supply chain integration, and operational harmonization /li /ulh3Change Management Stakeholder Collaboration: /h3ulliAct as a catalyst for change across global operations /liliBuild strong relationships with plant leaders, regional management teams, and corporate functions /liliSupport communication, training, and adoption activities associated with transformation initiatives /liliFacilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions /liliPromote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3h3Education: /h3ulli• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field /li /ulh3Experience: /h3ulli• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within multinational organizations /lili• Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional projects /lili• Experience in transformation programs, operational excellence initiatives, or supply chain optimization projects /lili• Experience working within international and matrix organizations /li /ulh3Professional Skills: /h3ulli• Project Management /lili• Change Management /lili• Business Process Improvement /lili• Financial Analysis and Business Case Development /li /ulh3Digital Skills: /h3ulli• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (M3 considered as a plus) /lili• Experience with project management and process improvement tools /lili• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills /lili• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms /lili• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities /li /ulh3Language Skills: /h3ulli• English proficiency is mandatory /lili• Additional languages are considered a plus /li /ulh3Soft Skills:
