Description
As a Practice Transformation Manager, you will drive adoption and growth of the Align digital platform in targeted accounts coordinating a multidisciplinary on-field group of work, having customer exposure, driving the execution of company strategy.
You will be managing a sales area for Align Technology selling the Invisalign product. The individual will be responsible for selling the product, establishing account relationships and practice development in the assigned territory, as well as proactively communicating with customers and potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory base
- Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases
- Work qualified contracts to drive more cases
- Manage accounts in assigned territory
- Report back to Regional Manager with all assigned reports.
- Consult with Sales & Marketing Manager on Implementation of objectives and sales budgets
- Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies, practices and procedures.
Skills Required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, with cross functional functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Sales or commercial experience is a plus.
- LEAN or Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not mandatory
- Good English communications skills.
- Fluent in Italian
- The ideal candidate has experience from dentistry for example in sales, Clinical director or as Practice Development Manager.
- Able to travel approx. 70% within Northwest of Italy
- The ideal candidate is living between Piemonte and Lombadia
